We plan to have a couple of Barnabas Patient Voices volunteers in the waiting area, so this is your opportunity to talk with us. You’re welcome to come and bend our ears about the Practice, or the NHS in general – or just have a chat. We commit to (anonymously) feeding back to the Practice comments that they can act on. We may also be able to explain the workings of the NHS and the Practice, and help with the NHS App. Find us in the waiting area; we should all have badges with “Volunteer” lanyards.
