Join the NHS 111 Patient Advisory Group, managed by the London Ambulance Service and the NW London Integrated Care Board, and play a key role in improving our healthcare services.
What you will do:
* Review and analyse feedback from our community.
* Help co-design service improvements based on real patient experiences.
* Engage with local groups to deepen our understanding of community needs.
* Contribute to our patient engagement strategies, aiming to reduce health inequalities and improve care.Commitment:
* Participate in a one-hour MS Teams meeting every quarter.
* Opportunities for additional involvement are available if you’re eager to do more!Impact:
